I painted these 4" sq. porcelain tiles in my studio while the house was being built. When the kitchen was being tiled, I laid them in and grouted them. I applied three coats of durable tile sealer and they've held up quite well.

taken from the homeowners' vacation photos. They actually stayed in this villa on their last visit to Italy.
